I was skeptical about leaving my jewelry at a mall jewelry store for repair. I had several pieces that were broken, an omega necklace with a broken clasp, a ruby bracelet with a missing stone, an emerald ring with a missing stone, a San Marco bracelet with a broken clasp. I left my jewelry and was given an estimate that the work would be done in 10 days. When I went back everything was done except the emerald stone replacement. A stone had come in but it was the wrong color so they sent out for another one. I was very pleased with the repair work and also the fact that they didn't put the stone in that didn't match the ring. When I dropped off the jewelry the salesperson tested and wrote up each piece, noting if the piece was gold and the stone type. I felt comfortable leaving my jewelry. When I picked up the jewelry the salesperson even gave me a new case to keep my omega necklace in to keep it from getting kinked.
