They were really accommodating when I had a schedule change. Lyndsay was friendly, professional, and provided lots of tips on products for our new home. Home is clean and ready for us to move in!

I have worked with KC’s custom cleaning since early summer. I started out using her every 3-4 weeks.. I recently bumped it to every 2 weeks.. I like how the owner connects you with 1-2 cleaners that get to know the customer.. Versus someone new every time.. I am not picky, but I have a certain cleaning routine and with my health situation it’s i important to focus on certain areas. The lady who comes is kind, and now knows my routine and needs.. Even when my houses is a little more messy than usual she smiles, and tells me not to worry.. Having a clean home to come home to, is a nice feeling..

The cleaners sent were polite and the respose time was quick, but they did not arrive in a company labeled car, no dress code/company uniform, their cleaning tools were Very outdated, and I still had cobwebs when they left.

I really enjoyed working with them and they did and fantastic job.

Ronda and Lisa arrived at the scheduled appointment time, were professional and did an awesome job. I have no negative comments to make. I will definitely call them again and would gladly recommend them to others.

I have never hired a cleaning service before; I probably wasn't clear enough on what I wanted them to do and did not specify. I should have made a list so that I was thorough enough which would have been better for me and for Jill and Lisa. The message they got from Home Advisor was that this was an estimate for future work. I let the default to Schedule Work. Jill really worked to make it happen since I am only off on Monday's and was expecting the appointment to be for the actual cleaning. They were very concerned that I was happy. I greatly appreciate Jill's efforts to meet my expectations since I have carpet cleaning scheduled for next Monday and wanted the house cleaned first. An overall good experience for my first time.

As a first time home buyer I have been pretty panicked about everything that needed to get done. When I requested a quote to clean my new house which had been smoked in for 30 years and had tons of pets, Jill called me within 15 minutes to introduce herself, get more information on the house, and provide an estimate. I will openly admit that I can be a bit demanding, especially concerning a new house purchase, and Jill was kind, patient and accommodating the entire time. The cleaning was done yesterday by Cynthia and she did an incredible job! It is amazing how my nerves about the house instantly calmed when I walked in the house for the first time and was hit by the smell of clean rather than smoke and cat. Everything was meticulously cleaned from the floors to the top of door frames. We are so impressed and so grateful! It now officially feels like it is our house and it is thanks to their hard work.

I sent an email to K C"s on Sunday evening. Jill returned my call promptly on Monday morning at 9:00. She was able to send Cynthia out Tuesday at 9 for a moving out cleaning. Cynthia arrived promptly and worked non stop!. Very pleasant lady full of ambition and through. I had called another company at 8:00 Monday morning and NEVER received a call back. Shame on them and kudos to Jill. Top notice customer service and the price was well worth the time and energy she saved us.
