We sit and talk. They give me a price and they answered all my questions. I ask them a couple of things that the other guys told me. And they said that I don’t have to worry about them and they will take care of me. They were great at everything.

I have a rental property and tenant called with a heating issue.  I used Jayco based off the reviews on Angieslist.  I really appreciated the fact they could get someone out there the same day and fix the issue.  In addition, I expressed how this is a rental and to please communicate the issue through me which they did.  So they not only fixed my issue, they were very professional.  I would use again in the future.

We had originally set up an appointment with another heating and cooling company because after 4 estimates they happened to be the cheapest and the best warranty. Well that company did not show up on the scheduled day and said it was a scheduling error. I happened to come across an ad for Jayco and thought hmmm why not ask them to give us an estimate seeing as we had a week before we were scheduled to get our furnace and it is free estimate. So I called Jayco a very friendly guy answered. They came out the same day and gave us an estimate. They were way cheaper and the warranty is even better. They were able to install it within a week. They came today with 3 men and got it done in just a few short hours. They were all very kind and informative. They also did another quick job while they were there. Needless to say I am SO happy that there was a scheduling error with the other company. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jayco Comfort Systems if you are in need of anything heating and cooling. They are family owned and have been in business for 38 years.

,Jay Tackett, the owner, came to give the estimate. He was punctual and patient. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. Later, when I thought of another question and called his office, he returned my call promptly.
Jayco was our third and most reasonable estimate. Also, upon further research, we found that the brand he was offering, Trane, was one of the highest rated systems available.
Prior to installation we had our duct work cleaned. While the ducts were being cleaned Jay's son, Ron, came to measure for the furnace. When the man cleaning the ducts found that some duct work had come loose, Ron went out, got his tools, and repaired our duct work right then.
Installation was done on time and our basement was cleaned up. Also everything was explained to us.
In addition to the above, when the inspector came we were informed that the electrician, who was hired previously because we needed to upgrade our service for the air conditioning, hadn't done a job that was up to code. When we called Ramirez Electric Mark Ramirez refused to bring the job up to code without more money. When I let Jay know what was going on, he said he would take care of it. He ended up paying this electrician himself, $125.00 extra, even though the electrician doesn't work for him. How many contractors would do that for a customer?
It was the best experience we've ever had with a contractor, and would hire them again.

The owner, Jay, and his son, Ronnie, came out and helped me with the project. They had another worker who helped them out at one point, and he was good too. They were very good in terms of their quality, timing, and friendliness. They did their jobs well, and were in and out with no problems. I have recommended them to many of my peers and coworkers.

Better than expected.
