Price was great, they look awesome, and they were great to go business with. This is the 3rd time I have hired this company and highly recommend them

We were very happy with the service, communication and price from Ibarra's flooring. He called returned my calls promptly and called to remind us that he was coming. Jesse was on time each day. The house was left clean and he didn't mark up the walls at all. I really like that this is a smaller operation so the owner is the person doing the work. Keep this in mind because it is a small business you might have to wait longer than other companies. It's worth the wait!

He did an excellent job as you can tell in the picture. He was very punctual, and is a very trustworthy person and I had no problem leaving him at my house while we were gone. I was very concerned about him scratching my brand new cabinets, he reassured me that it would not be a problem. There was not a scratch anywhere, I looked for one all over! I am very OCD about work being done at my house and through the whole process he was very patient with me. Thanks again!

Service was professional and he was very knowledgeable. We appreciated his suggestions regarding getting the look we were after. Still waiting on the final staining, but we expect more of the same professionalism we have had thus far.

Our floors were in pretty bad shape.  The before and after is pretty remarkable.
Ibarra was on time (or early) everyday and, gave us detailed information as to what would be happening and when.  They met the deadlines and expectations that were set.  The sanding was 95% dust free and I was able to be in my home (in the basement) while it was being done.  The floors turned out beautifully!

Jessie (owner) came out at the time he stated he would, offered suggestions, and was more than willing to work with me on a more manageable timeline for refinishing the floors in my entire house. Next we will be installing hardwoods in my new kitchen, then sanding and staining the remaining rooms.  Breaking the project down into three phases was much appreciated as it made a big job, much more affordable!  Very punctual and professional!

To start what a great office very prompt and advised us on what to expect and stayed in contact through whole job.Then quality and pride in workmanship really showed as the owner who works alone did all the work made it look so easy but I know it is not as I tryed it in the past myself never agin. He explained all as he did the work I couldnt be happier and last the price so reasonable I like being a do it yourselfer but with quality and great pricing like this not for wood floors cant recommend highly enough.

From start to finish a great experience. Jesse is amazing to work with and the floors are beautiful! everyone that walks into the house comments on how beautiful the floors are. Used English Chestnut and I'm in love with the color!

I thought they were efficient. They came out on time like they said they would. I don't know if I'd call them fantastic but they were good. Their price was neither the highest nor the lowest. The quality of their work was fine but they just did it less than a year ago so I don't know. I liked them and I was pleased with what they did. I would use them again in the future if required.

Finished in 2 days and floors look great after not being refinished in over 20 years.
