I have been taking my vehicles here since I could drive. Dan and his team delivered a quality repair at great pricing with attention to detail that is not found at repair shops anymore. I feel comfortable sending my family there knowing that they will get a honest repair for honest money. I will continue to take all of my cars and trucks here for this type of service!

They were professional and prompt.  That is very important when you don't have much time to be giving up your transportation.  But, it seemed a little on the expensive side.  However, everything seems to be working fine.

It went very well.  The mechanic was very helpful and explained what needed to be done and why.  The work was completed in a timely manner.

They were able to complete the repair the same day. Great Job. Very professional.

Overall, the staff was respectful and knowledgeable.  They worked from start to finish to explain the risks and the alternatives.  We have an older car with rust damage, so we were aware that the repair might have been complicated, but they were good about doing their best without causing more damage.

There was a clunking sound coming from the front end when the truck was put into 4 wheel drive. They took it for a test drive and found the transfer case was bad. They replaced the transfer case and while they were doing this discovered the rear trans seal was leaking so replaced this also. They also had to Straighten out the Skid plate because a new one is no longer available.

the price was in line with other shops i checked (one of which i knew the owner , but they are not close to my home and are alway a week or more out) . this shop was very professional and very quick ( within a couple of days).  when we got the car back it was great and we have used them again since this with another great experience.  they are very honest and some repairs my husband thought we needed they told us we really didn't . and they also told us other things to keep an eye on for now and what to watch for in the future.
they are right here in allen park, close to home, and you can really trust they, if they tell you something needs fixed, you know it really needs it.  also the bill was actually a little less than our quoted price- that was nice too! 
they have been here for a long time, nice to find a dependable , honest mechanic that does repairs quickly.

They fit us in the same day and were very professional,it was fixed faster than we expected.  The mechanic said that it went very smoothly.  We really appreciated  the promptness and communication that we received from them..

I called them looking for a company that was trustworthy. I started looking on Angie's list for reputable repair shops close to my home and came across Heritage. Their price was less just in the replacement of the radiator and said that they would call if the other items needed to be replaced. Once they started getting into the job they suggested replacing the hoses and the belt and gave me a price that was fair. The office staff was very helpful and the mechanic called me directly in regards to my vehicle. If I need any other work done on my vehicle I will be going back.

I went to them on the advice of Angie's List reviews.  I needed a shop close to work that was familiar with Ford trucks to re-condition the front bearings and give it an alignment.  When I arrived, I found friendly and honest people.  They gave me a preliminary estimate and told me they would call me if anything changes.  When the first estimate given needed to be revised after their inspection of the vehicle, they promptly called me, explained the difference in cost and labor PRIOR to the work being done.  When I approved, they performed the work on-time and as per the revised estimate.  The work they performed seemed to be top notch after viewing the alignment report an going for a test drive back home.

I made an appointment  and dropped off the car and picked it up the next day.

I dropped off my husband's Ford Ranger to get the brakes inspected at my appointment time, 10 AM.  We knew the front brakes needed to be done and that the back brakes were probably OK for now.  They did the inspection and called with an estimate to get the front brake pads and rotors replaced and a new seal.  The rears were 60% worn, so OK for now.
We went back and picked up the truck at 5:30 PM and it runs great and the brakes are perfect.  No problem.
This is our second time dealing with Heritage and they were just as nice this time as they were the first time a few weeks earlier.
I would definitely recommend them for any type of vehicle work.  Except transmissions; they don't do transmissions.

They responded to my problem immediately and got my car done the same day.  All in all, they were very friendly, had a clean office and everyone answered my questions.  I would definitely go back there myself and recommend them to anyone else.

Our Chevy Impala had a slow radiator leak. Our regular mechanic couldn't find the leak and said we needed to wait until it got worse. I am not sure if they presure tested system, but they didn't charge anything. A few days later the car started overheating. Didn't want to take the car back to the mechanic that sent it home unfixed, so we found Heritage on Angie's list and decided to give them a try. They presure tested system and found leaks in plastic coolant tubes on belt tensioner. Dropped car off Sunday evening (they have off-hours drop box) and picked up Tuesday.

The people at Heritage Car Care Company did great work replacing the water pump. They provide very quick service. Their prices are reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I chose them because they were close to my house. I was tired of the people that were doing regular maintenance work on my truck. Heritage Car Care seemed to be a reasonable place. They got me in quickly and did what they said they would. The tire rotation was slightly more expensive than I had expected, but it wasn?t that bad. I was out within one hour.

Very pleased with the speed of service and courteousness of how I was taken care of!! They have been there for many many years and they really know how to treat a customer. One of the best auto service experiences I have ever had.

I have always had A positive experience with Heritage Car Care. Dan and his crew are professionals at what they do. What I like is he's had the same group of mechanics there for many years.

We had other work done by them, struts replaced, etc and they always do a good honest job.
