I have one rental home and I hired them to manage it. I had become so frustrated with trying to find a good handy man. I couldn't always be where I needed to be on the first of the month to collect the rent. When the renter started to slack on my payments I thought I needed someone to manage the situation. Garner stepped right in and knew everything I didn't. The have a maintenance staff, a legal staff, and a real estate staff. All are ready for your questions and able to handle their duties. They keep me posted on the incidentals and I don't have to sweat the small stuff. They treat my one little house like an apartment building with many rentals. I never feel slighted with their attention. I am very pleased with their service.

They are not easy to work with, nobody knows what anyone else is doing there which leads to a lot of repeat calls and a lot of miscommunication. The tenant is quite unhappy as well. Will not renew our contract with them!
