+ 0 moreThey did a good job with the system, came back and add more heads, another $150. Then part of the system stopped working. They came out to fix it. It didn’t occur to me that I would be charged- turned out it was a mystery problem which required digging new lines and putting in new heads. I wasn’t told this was the plan, which would have been the thing to do. They charged me a more than reasonable price. They did not do a great job at replacing the sod or cleaning up the dirt. And when I said I was disappointed with the clean up I was basically told my grass was terrible and I should dig it up and re-sod. While that may be true, it is not an excuse for not putting things back and cleaning up. The problem with the system was no one’s fault but I’m annoyed I wasn’t told it was a huge and expense problem, and that it’s my problem if they didn’t lay the grass down evenly.

+ -1 moreI am very happy with the system they installed. They did a really nice job. They were on time, friendly, and courteous. They also did a nice job cleaning up my lawn when they were finished. I will definitely enjoy the convenience of having this in my yard for years to come.
Description of Work: They installed a new sprinkler system in my yard. The also come out twice a year to start up and shut down. The system was $2000, and each service call is $45.
