Art Van Furniture

We were happy with the product, service and delivery.

I would say that we did have a problem, it's the one of a seat, front legs. The customer service was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

I bought a mattress set from Art Van Furniture and it was extremely uncomfortable so I was able to exchange it for another. I was told I could only exchange one time for another.  I paid 3000.00 more for a mattress set I was told was much better. It was a Pure Sleep Mattress. This mattress was more uncomfortable than the first mattress which was much less. It was obvious I bought the name not necessarily a good mattress.  I called the manager in the (mattress department) and he told me he would make an exception and allow me to exchange it for another. He gave me the warranty no. to call and they told me I couldn't exchange it that they would send someone out to look at it. I told them the mattress wasn't defective it was very uncomfortable and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do and I'm stuck with it.  I'm stuck with a 5000.00 mattress for taking a chance that spending more I would have a more comfortable mattress. 
I learned the hard way that Art Van cares more about their one time exchange policy rather than making sure their customers are completely satisfied with their purchase no matter how many times it needs to be exchanged. Buying a mattress is not like buying furniture. But regardless, 100% customer satisfaction should always comes first and with Art Van I didn't find that to be the case. Beware buying a mattress from Art Van.
