Would certainly hire again. When I initially called him about my fridge not cooling down, I set up a date for 2 days later because the following day I had to run my kids around town and wouldn't be home. George asked me if I was sure I wanted to wait that long and he told me that he makes fridges a priority. George showed up for an estimate with a pizza (as he advertises evidently) which caught me by surprise but certainly a nice, unique gesture. He came out and without taking anything apart, said it was my fan motor or something along those lines. I admit, I was a tad skeptical but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did not require any money up front. He ordered the part and had it mailed priority. He gave me the estimate on a Thursday and by Monday, he had the part and came out and fixed the fridge. I guess I will never give an A rating for price unless its free, but I think it was reasonable I suppose considering my fridge was a tad over 5 yrs old and just outside of the warrant by 2 months. If you are looking for a guy that shows up in a nice truck marked with his company name wearing a polo shirt, than this is not George, which is why I gave him a C for professionalism . But, to be honest, this is probably how I would dress so don't use it against him when considering to hire him. On another note, he called to let me know he was running behind schedule, which I understand happens and appreciate more than anything, that way I at least know he didn't forget about me.

George came over twice to fix the same problem which had different causes. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He also put in a new ice maker. His prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely call him again.

He showed up today in person, and He apologized for not coming back on schedule, mentioned that he had an allergic reaction and made arrangement for somebody else to perform and complete the job. He is polite and professional.

Ok, it is fixed but it took over several days.

He showed up on time with a pizza to check out situation, which was a nice touch. It took 2 more appointments for problem resolution, but all works perfectly now. I felt he charged a fair price for the amount of time he spent. Appointments had to be changed due to more urgent customer issues arising, but I understood because me not being able to wash clothes isn't nearly as important as someone having a refrigeration issue. He was courteous and definitely knows his stuff!

George was fantastic! He came out right away, even though it was the weekend. He was able to get the fridge running although it still needed a part. He returned on Monday with the part and finished the repair. He is professional and friendly, we would definitely hire him again!

George is the guy you want, very thorough with diagnostics, made sure everything was running correctly. He will be the first one I call for these needs in the future

Excellent. No issues. Fixed first time and diagnosed properly.

Called Appliance Guy, and he came right out. He did some tests, and informed me that I needed an electrician to check the line. I paid him, which was reasonable for what he did. After he left, I pulled the washer out and discovered a bad power cord. I bought another power cord and installed it, and the dishwasher is fine now. I suggested pulling the washer out and check, but he still thought I needed an electrician, so he didn't.

Fixed it. job well done

He came in saw the problem and fixed it the next day.

Service performed was great. Punctuality may need a little work.

George was very responsive to phone calls and was able to come to my home and diagnose the issue the day after I contacted him. He ordered parts and had my washing machine back working in 2 days. Very pleased with the service and would certainly hire him again.

Quick! Economical, friendly.funny. Did a great job. Found a different brand part that cost $100 less.

Not only was I able to make an appointment the day that I called, George was able to come out that very afternoon. I explained what our Kenmore washing machine was doing over the phone and George showed up with the part he was sure it would need. He was correct. Replacing that part fixed our issue. George was polite, knowledgeable and was willing to answer all the questions we had. I couldn't recommend this company more.

My refrigerator was only giving me crushed ice and I wanted cubed ice. I though there was a problem and it turns out there was a button to give me the option on what type of ice I wanted. He was very polite and generous. He did't even want to take the money.

George was wonderful!  Didn't have $600+ for a new machine and he really looked it
over and said it was in great shape other than the trans. - he stuck it out and even when
the job proved stubborn - he got it up and running!  Truly a wonderful repairman!!!

He is very professional and easy to talk with. I know he isn't out to get money from me because if an appliance is beyond repair he will let you know.  I have a rental property and I know if I have any issues to give him a call and feel like I am getting honest feedback.
