 + -1 moreVery old a/c unit broke during 2018 spring-summer heat wave. While I got a slightly better price from one other company, no one could touch this company's speed. I got a quote one day, and the unit was installed the next. (Other install dates were 10 days to 1 month out.) The owner also gave me the most thorough explanation of the difference between a 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit, and why the 2.5 ton was not only adequate for my house, but more appropriate for a tri-level. His installation man was not only fast, but extremely enthusiastic about his job ... something one doesn't see enough of these days.

 + -1 moreThe price was included in the home inspection from the condo that I rent. I would tell others that they inspected my furnace and they were very honest about the condition of my furnace and age. They made good suggestions to me on making it last longer. They were great.
