Excellent. We were racing against time - approaching winter. They removed and replaced the roof in one day. They came back the second day for some minor finishing. They brought in a large, polite, and energetic crew. Cleaned up all of the debris within the two days. The crew was enjoyable to interact with and very professional. Morale seemed very good. I suspect that they are respected and treated well. My neighbor recommended Tawas Roofing to me and I recommend them to you.

The crew arrived at 8:00 promptly and were done by 1:00. Each crew member worked hard and had a great attitude. They cleaned up carefully. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

everything was arranged before the install color of shingles and date and time. they arrived 15 min ahead brought all there equiptment down and promptly at 8 am they started the roof. They were nice and professional went the extra for me in fact they took a picture of the rotting corner and showed me before and after pic on his phone as there was no way i would go on the roof. they used tarps to protect the house they cleaned up right down to using a magnet to get any remaining nails that they missed they did such a great job the neighbor asked them to do hers.

Contact with this company was by phone and they were very accommodating and worked around my schedule. The crew arrived just before 8:00am, were friendly and professional and went straight to work. They worked through several rain storms, but finished the project at 5:00pm. Not one thing was damaged, very efficient clean up, and the finished project was beautiful. I am very impressed and would recommend this company to my family and friends.

It went well overall, but they should have been more careful to protect the sides of the home and our deck more when they were throwing the old shingles down as they stripped the roof. They left some marks on the siding. They also left at the end of the day and did not move all of our things back to where they came from. No one knocked to say they were getting started in the morning nor did anyone knock at the end of the day to say they were done and do a walk around.
