These guys were by far the best people I have dealt with on any project. Keith was great at explaining the products and working with us to make sure we got what we wanted and knew what we were getting. His two man crew of Phil and Chris installed 14 windows and 2 doors walls in 2 days. The only problem that arose was that one door wall arrived from the manufacturer wrong. Not Horizons fault. The problem has been taken care of and I highly recommend Keith and his crew to do any window installs you have.

From the sales representative to the installation crew they are all very professional and knowledgeable of the product they sell. Honestly, I had never heard of Horizons Remodeling prior to this project. I found them on another website and received a bid from Horizons and two other companies. Keith gave a suggestion for a large window opening that neither other company had given...and it was definitely the right suggestion! He took the time to explain the benefits of the windows compared to others and has always been extremely prompt and responsive to questions. The installer kept his schedule, did top notch work, was very kind and thoughtful of his work area, and was a pleasure to oversee. Highly recommend!
