Provider showed up quickly, got the job done quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable. We have a leaky exterior faucet and we will be calling them again.

They worked with my Mother, who owned the house, to make all repairs and coordinate the service providers.

the owner of the company came in and gave me a good quote, showed up on time and actually finished the job earlier then scheduled. I am very satisfied with the work they performed and the price I was charged.

At first he was very responsive, was told payment would be due at the end of the completion of the whole project. Half way through,after the first bathroom was done, he requested the portion for that project be paid. I felt it was reasonable and paid him that portion of the bill. He then said he had other projects he needed to be done and needed a week off and he would be back. He continued to push out the project with needed to finish smaller project. In the end the two bathrooms are done except for minor issues he said he would fix but has yet to complete. (handle that came broken from the manufaturer, shower rail being put up before the paint was dried so there is now a patch missing after moving it to the place we like, floor not being even between the bathroom and the next room.) The tile job in the kitchen was very uneven, the spacing between the tiles were cricked, not flush with the tile next to it and the grouting was uneven. Certain lines had almost no grout in it while others were caked in and needed to be scraped later. The whole tiling job seemed to be rushed. He has yet to respond to fixing the issue, busy with other jobs.

Overall, he was very responsive in the beginning but after receiving a bulk of the money he then became uninterested. He might be a good option for a smaller project with all money being held until the very end to keep his attention. A larger project might not be the best option here, or atleast know to hold back the pay until everything has been inspected and signed off on.

Terry, our contractor, was amazing. Did what he said he would do in the amount of time he said it would take. Cleaned-up every night. Was responsive to questions and ideas.

I had no problems with them at all. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. I like basically everything about him. He gave a good presentation and was very cordial. He was good with communication. I was very impressed.

He does quality work at an honest price. I would recommend him to anyone. He helps to keep the cost down because I can contribute my labor. Excellent service provider.
