G&S Roof Cleaning

They did a good job and they cleaned up their mess. It didn't take them very long. The first time we had them, they had to reschedule a couple of times because the low temperature caused the gutters to freeze and they couldn't clean it out. They did what they were supposed to do and they didn't leave a mess. They also gave us an estimate on window washing but I did not go with them. On top of the windows, they had an extra price for the screens and it seemed pretty high. I don't know what other companies were charging (for gutter cleaning) but it was a fair price.

Stephen of G & S roof cleaning returned my call after I had left a message at his business.  We set a time for him to come and do the estimate.  He arrived on time and turned out to be an extremely pleasant and courteous young man.  He looked things over and pointed out some moss on the back side of the garage that I was unaware of and gave a written estimate of what  was to be done.  We agreed on a time and day and once again he was right on time and ready to go.  It took a little longer than expected, because of the moss, but when he finished I was amazed at how good the roorfs looked.  He wouldn't take any extra money that I offered, he said he won't take anything over what was agreed on, unlike many others that I've delt with.  He is a pleasure to talk to and work with.
I wish I could find someone like him for every type of work that needs to be done around the home.  I would recommend him for cleaning your roof without any reservations at all.

Both Stephen and Garret are very professional. That showed up on time, preformed the task and cleaned up after themselves.

From the initial contact Stephen was responsive, polite, professional , punctual and accommodating to my schedule. Stephen and Garret arrived at the scheduled time, were careful to protect all landscaping during the cleaning process and left everything as they found it. The roof looks great. Ii would not hesitate to hire them again.
