I did some calling by phone and talked to his wife and an appointment was set up. He was right on time, looked it over and gave me a price and it was cheaper than I had found by phone elsewhere. He said he would be back the following day at a certain time and he was right on time. His machine is small enough that he does not drive on the lawn with a pick up or other vehicle only the grinder goes on the lawn and it is small enough to fit through a gate. He does an excellent job. He is very thorough, punctual and courteous.
