JAMES B.
Jun 2010
He was slightly higher then two other bids, but I hired him because he donates time and materials to habitat for humanity and he promised anchors every 24 inches and stated that in the estimate and he did do that. He intalls eavestroughs too high, so every leaf goes into the eavestroughs. He states that you should get a gutter guard to protect from this. Mine are alot higher than any of the fifty other homes in my area. When I called him back to lower them, he was arrogant and did shoddy work. The eavestroughs were sagging in the middle one rung, and I will have to repair that now. I was charged when I called. His estimate was $50 higher than the other estimates I had.
