Mike was very nice and explained verbally to me that he would replace 4 feet of wood surrounding the deteriorating skylights. The bid read "replace any damaged boards". The chimney was capped and I have not had a problem. However, the work he performed on the skylights was sub par. He failed to use the provided clips with the skylights, they were screwed into the sheetrock. Damaged boards remained on my roof, and he had duck taped those. I have pictures.. I would never have found this out had I not decided to put a new roof on the house. I paid him for replacement of boards, installation of skylights, shingles, and capping the chimney. And this did not stop the leak in the garage.
Integrity Roofing performed my roof replacement. He came in very close to his estimate even with the added work to correct Parker's sub par work.
Parker's sent me a check for $120 to cover some of the cost to correct his mistakes.
