 + -1 moreJohn was friendly and professional on the phone. He was prompt in returning my calls and made himself available at my convenience. He showed no frustration when the appliance delivery was delayed and we had to reschedule. At the time of service, John was quite friendly and accommodating. While he worked, he answered questions for me about other plumbing issues in the house. After moving here from the Twin Cities, I found his fee to be very reasonable. I will definitely call him in the future for plumbing/appliance installs.
