Steve contacted me immediately upon seeking a quote. Even though we couldn’t do anything right away because of the snow he followed up with me a month later and we were able to discuss a formal quote. His team came in on Monday, removed the old roof including some bad boards, installed a ridge vent and it looks amazing. I would definitely hire again.

Steve and his team exceeded expectations in every way.  Their professionalism, punctuality, quality of work, and overall business approach are first class. 

The property was left in perfect condition, not a single scrap or nail was left behind from the tear off. 

Steve was extremely professional and responsive.  Charges were in line with original estimates and changes were discussed in advance to the work being performed.  They were prompt and thorough in doing the work and cleaned up very well when the work was completed.  I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Steve was very professional, timely, and responsive. He followed up on a minor leak that occurred after the work was completed and fixed the problem.

He recommended we by a snow rake to keep the snow off the roof becauese of the snow and ice build up.  We did as he had suggested, and a few days later the leak stopped.  He was very helpful to us, and I would recommend him for any roofing job. We had used his services in 2012 to repair some roof damage around our chimney.  He did a great job. We plan on using him this spring to clear up any problems we may have encountered on our roof during this past winter.

They did good work.

I called a couple of contractors in the area to address a small leak in a nearly flat roof on the back of a house that my 86 year father lives in.  Steve came out to the house and took a look - because of a mixup on our end he had to make a second trip!  I worked with him over the telephone - he explained the situation and what he could do and why some approaches weren't appropriate this time of the year because adhesives don't cure well in low temperatures.  Other contractors insisted they could just slap some tar up there and get us through the winter.  Steve worked us in to his busy schedule and carefully sealed all the seams and nail holes on the small roof.

Steve was wonderful to work with. He was very prompt and responsive to our questions. He and his crew were very quick and had the job done  in less than two weeks. They cleaned up after themselves very well and even impressed my neighbors with how clean it was when they left! I have had many compliments on how nice my house now looks and I am very pleased with Steve's work!

It was the hottest week of the entire summer and still the work was completed on time, with quality and professionalism.

My experience with Shoreline Construction Services LLC was very good. They were able to get the job done pretty quick. They were able to squeeze me inbetween jobs, their price was right on estimate.They were very punctual, they actually showed up before they were supposed to. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

I called Shoreline and asked about the work. Steve said he would stop by and give me an estimate. Two days later he had the cost and the date it would be done. He called the day before for access and had the job done on time. It not only looks great, but no mess for me to clean and at 1/2 the cost of another vendor. He will get another call from me. Great work Shoreline!

Well, I covered the story above.  We both think Steve is the best and would have him address any issues with our roof.

We cannot say enough about Steve and Shoreline!  He  impressed us from the quote to finish.  He and his crew did a tear off on our cottage in Harbert, replaced the roof, gutters and installed gutter gaurds.
He always answered his calls personally, was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products available. His pricing was competitive, and he did not contract the work out,he uses the same crew for each job which includes him.
He started the job earlier than originally expected and finished within the time quoted.  He also helped us choose the best gutter gaurd for our needs.
Upon completion the job site was left spotless.  We would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Steve was prompt showing up for an estimate and in quoting a price. He helped us in choosing the correct product (quality, color and ridge vents) for the roofing, gutters and downspouts. The crew, including Steve, arrived on time and were very professional. The job was completed as agreed upon in the contract without any "oh, by the way" add-ons. When they finished cleaning up and were gone, it was like they had not been there, accept for the nice new roof and gutters. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Estimate was timely and very fair, they arrived on time and completed on time, clean up was thorough and aside from two new roofs, one would never have known they were there!!

Steve and his crew did a great job.  He told us when he would be able to start and it was done exactly then.  They took 2 1/2 days to complete.   The work was excellent quality.  When completed, they went through the yard with a huge magnet, picked up ALL of the stray nails and other scraps.  He made sure the dumpster company picked up the bin quickly and then came back to clean off the driveway.
Our roof looks terrific.
