This was the second time I've used Newman Garage Doors for service on my garage door. The first visit was for basic upkeep several years ago. I was pleased with service the first time, so I called again. I was very happy with the quality of service this next time too. They immediately replaced the brackets for the sensors so I could easily see the lights in the future to do my own adjustments. I was most pleased with the honesty and integrity of the service technician. I asked if there were quieter rollers that could be used to reduce the noise when the door opened/closed. He said he had a specially coated set of rollers with him that I could purchase for ~$25-$30 that should help. I told him to go ahead and put them on. When I came back into the garage about 5 mins later, he had them out, but told me after a second look (and along with my extra quiet garage door motor), he did NOT recommend I purchase the rollers as he did not believe it would make a noticeable difference. He suggested I save the money and simply see how well the lubricating works. So I did not purchase the extra rollers and I'm happy with the results. I'm very appreciative of his honesty. I know now that this company's people can be trusted for expert advice. I will absolutely call them every time I need maintenance on my garage door (or a new one).

My old garage door opener appeared to be shorting out. I was concerned about the short and mentioned it when I called the company. The owner of the company showed up that day at lunchtime. The new opener was installed. He tried to program my existing wireless entry system, but I did not have the correct instructions. He took down the serial number and later that day had the correct instructions faxed to me.

Very responsive, came the same day as called to see the problem and then returned in a few hours with new springs. Installed the springs and fixed other issues with the door which helped the door to now close fully. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough ensuring everything was done properly. I will call them again if I ever have another garage door issue.
