We've been using Molly Maids for about 5 years -- predominantly in the summer as we rent out our lake house for 1 to 2-week periods throughout June through September.  We've always been happy with their services.  They comprehensively clean out the house (and fridge), swap out linens and towels, bring the dirty ones to be washed offsite and bring the clean batch back the next time.  We usually give them a schedule of dates in advance, but have occasionally needed them to clean something with VERY limited notice and they always figure out a way to get it done.  Probably the highest praise is that when we come to stay there, I forget that we even rent the place out!  No traces of others!  Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience recently with Molly Maid of Berrien County. They cleaned our home in preparation for a big party we were hosting and we couldn't have been happier. The maids were pleasant, and worked very hard to make sure our home was perfect for the big day. We were pleasantly surprised at how hard they worked on the small details of the home that most home cleaners would miss. We are very happy with the service, and will continue in the future. Thanks!

My experience was good, they were very good. There were 3 ladies that were here. They did a real good job. They kind of squeezed me in to get it done because my husband was coming home. He had been in the hospital and then had been in rehab to learn to walk all over again. He was going to be coming home and I wanted to get my house cleaned because I have health problems too so it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. They really did a good job in the short time they had to do it. I was pleased.

Long-time consistent, respectful,  great service  -- MM  keeps a  "customer/ house file" of what usual needs are,   & always call back ahead for specific instructions / clarification on what is required.

They are good. I have been very happy with them. They do what they say they will do for the price they say they will do it. They do the work very well.

The job needing done required 4 hours weekly not two people at 4 hours each weekly - definite racquet - Do not use unless totally desperate to spend money on mediocre work.

Bob Melcher came and reviewed our home after I called him. He reviewed what would be done, how they work, what determines how long it takes, how the cost for services is determined, what the rate per hour is, and what the team would not be doing. A week later cleaning team #3 arrived. Work was performed professionally and done well by Team #3. They arrived on time and got right to work. The two (2) ladies worked continuously for over four (4+) hours. The home was spotless when they finished. I would recommend this organization to anyone. My wife and I could not be more pleased. We will use them again.
