The service providers showed up promptly on the first visit. They worked to clear the clogged toilet. Based on my experience since, I would say this was only partially successful. They evaluated the faucet on the kitchen sink and recommended that it be replaced. They provided advice on the best quality product to purchase, which I found useful. Once I purchased the product I wanted, they returned promptly and replaced the faucet. It has satisfied me completely.
The problem with this team is that shortly after my service call, they were arrested and charged with dealing in stolen property. I have not heard further on the outcome of that arrest, but it makes me very uncomfortable that they were in my house for any reason. Based on this, I cannot recommend them

Our kitchen sink and dishwasher stopped draining Saturday night. Sunday morning I started calling around trying to get someone to come out. The third call I made was to this company. Where I live, it's very hard to get someone to come out let alone return your calls. The owner, Ron, called back within 15 minutes. He explained he was returning from out of town but would be able to come by first thing in the morning on Monday if that would be ok. My wife made it clear to me that this was not an emergency situation and it could wait till the am. We both work, however, so timing would be key. I explained the problem to him and asked him if he could repair in keeping with what I wanted to do, instead of just cleaning out the drain. I knew that the line to our drywell was very old, never cleaned and it choked up to the size of a dime hole from a prior inspection years ago. I asked him if he would be able to reroute the line to a tap-in for our septic system on the other side of the house. I also had some time constraints due to a doctors office visit as well as work. Based on my explanation, he told me neither would be a problem. He showed up with his associate promptly at our agreed upon time in the morning. He reviewed the work, explained what he would do and gave me a timetable that worked for my schedule. Both were polite, courteous and performed the repair in a quick and timely fashion. This included having to run out and gather the parts they needed such as 35' of pipe and other odds and ends. They were clean in their work and charged a fair price - an amount I was expecting for this particular work. I was ecstatic to have found a company that lived up to its promises. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them to all. In the end, I also asked them to provide an estimate for additional work I would like to have done in the basement laundry room at a later date. Ron called me back the next day with the estimate. For someone such as myself who prefers to do somethings on my own, I did not hesitate to turn this work over to Baggett and Sons. Sometimes you run across service organizations you feel in your gut you can trust and not be taken for a ride. When you find those companies - hold on to them. I'm not one to respond to surveys and such, but feel when you get exceptional service - tell someone else. That's also one of the reasons I decided to plunk down money to join Angie's list to get unbiased opinions and trust that decision based on them.

They did a good job. I give them an "A" overall and I would use them again if needed.

Guys had to remove sidewalk and portion of driveway to replace line. Showed up on time and finished in one day. Friendly and professional. Left yard looking like a dirt bike track though, and did not reposition a large piece of driveway concrete they said they would. In fairness, I didn't call them to come back and fix it... figuring the concrete guy will be able to help me out.
