The work was done very quickly and at a reasonable price. They showed up right away and began demoing out all of the moldy plywood and insulation. I was very impressed with the care of not tracking in debris and dust into my house where I was living. They put down drop cloths and plastic sheeting to keep the mold, dust and debris in the work area. At the end of every day, they vacuumed up the mess and left the house cleaner than it was when they started. KAR builders paid attention to the little details and the entire project turned out very well. We've always had a good experience with Kevin and KAR Builders and will call them for the next disaster.
