Called to have new shingles put on house that was my parents house because the roof had been leaking.  After about a week, my grandson who was living there at the time, went up on the roof and discovered small pieces of shingles and nails in the gutter and a small hole by the chimney.  I called Bill and left a message for him.  There was no response so after another week I called him again.  When I got no response that time, I made sure to call later in the evening to catch him home.  He yelled at me for calling and said that he had been there and found nothing in the gutters(my grandson had cleaned them) and he didn't see a hole. He yelled at me again and told me never to call him again and hung up on me. The roof continued to leak so we had to patch it ourselves and also do some patching inside the house.  I will never use him again nor would I ever recommend him to anyone.
