+ 0 moreWe unfortunately found Uncle Squeegees in Val Pak . We called for an estimate and then had to email for an estimate . I told them I was referred for Val Pak for the $50 discount. When the quote came it did not include the discount . They asked me to email the coupon and I did . Then they sent the quote and the $50 was still not taken out. I called again then they sent the right quote. Then they said they would come and they did not show up . I called again and they schedule me for first thing in the AM . I had a 2 PM appointment that day and had to miss that as well . I called at about 9 AM and they said they would arrive at 11AM . They finally arrived at 1:05 PM and left before 2PM without doing any of the inside windows or the screens per the original quite . My wife came home and asked me why the window washers did not show up . I told her they only did the outside and left . My wife said that the windows were not cleaned at all . When i stopped to look I realized that she was right and that I had wasted my entire day for nothing . I immediately notified someone at Uncle Squeegee who claimed to be the manager that I was really mad and was going to send him a bill for wasting my entire day and way to much time for the 2 previous weeks . They had the nerve to send the bill when they did not do the work . They sent me an invoice reminder and I notified them that I had already discussed this with the manager and we were not at all satisfied . They are the worst of the worst services we have worked with from Val Pak . They are only in the bill making business “ they dont do windows”

Description of Work: Many of the window sills were not clearn and some of the windows had streaks. I called to asked for a re-do but did not receive a message suggesting a follow up visit. They did try to remove the leaves from my roofs but came without a blower. A broom did not do the job!
