 + -1 moreFirst rate installation of new counter top. Initial product had a flaw which was not apparent until installation almost complete. They immediately removed the flawed section and ordered a replacement piece. Although usual waiting time for this particular product is usually several weeks, they obtained and installed a suitable piece within three days.
Description of Work: provided and installed quartz counter top in kitchen.

 + -1 moreWent very well. They are sub-contractors for HD. I will update more after the install but so far very good. 09/04/13; Counter top was delivered and installed today. It looks great.. The installers were very professional and courteous. I'm planning on having a bathroom re-modeled in the near future and I would not hesitate to call them for another install. Kudos to Craig on measurements, John and team on install and Dan on scheduling. Everything was spot on. I am going to highly recommend your company to the contractor that did the install and re-model of my kitchen cabinets.
Description of Work: Came out for measurement today. Craig was very professional, courteous and informative. Scheduled arrival time was spot on. The countertop was delivered and installed today 09/04/13.

 + -1 moreAs stated above, the countertop was purchased at Lowes. I learned later that Home Depot and others also use them as installers and they do other types of countertops in addition to Corian. The experience went well as already noted and I would highly recommend them .
Description of Work: Solid Surfaces Unlimited measured for and installed a Corian countertop and sink which was purchased through Lowes.All of the employees we had contact with were professional and courteous. The measuring person was extremely informative and provided very useful suggestions. The installers arrived when they were supposed to and did a good job. I would definitely recommend them for countertop installation. It is important to note that there is no showroom through Solid Surfaces Unlimited. The countertops are purchased through a third party and then installed by this company as I understand it.

 + 0 moreExcellent experience! I didn't pay them directly - I paid Home Depot who contracted it out. The gentleman who came out was courteous and professional. He was out once to measure and twice for the installation, because one piece was slightly too long to fit the first time. He asked us if we wanted him to remove the old countertop, which would cost a little extra for labor. I wasn't sure, so he showed me it was only fastened in a couple of places and that it wouldn't be that hard to do. That helped me make up my mind! He made sure to show us about cleaning and caring for the surface. He left no mess behind. Great work!
