Description of Work: ServPro came out to clean up our home after a plumbing leak caused it to flood. The mitigation of the water went quite well. ServPro also packed up our home to allow the reconstruction to occur more efficiently. I was not happy with the way the items of my home were stored. We were told they would be stored off site. They ended up being crammed into two rooms of our home, which then made it impossible to get to those two rooms. Most of the items were packed well, others were not. I am torn with my rating of them because of this.

They were extremely efficient and nice to work with. They were right on top of everything, knew how to organize things and I can't say enough good things about them. My cost for this was my insurance deductible.
Description of Work: I had a roof leak from a storm and they cleaned up the water from the storm. They also helped evaluate the damage that was done and reported back to our insurance company on the damage to our furniture, computer, etc. Aside from doing the physical work, they provided a checklist of things to address.

I first used SERVPRO of West Sterling Heights. For major water damage restoration after a sump pump failure in 2011. both times they were very quick to respond and very professional. The first time they had a whole crew out the first night to clean everything up and start the drying process. They coordinated all of the work with subcontractors (plumbers and electricians) and took extra steps to minimize costs to us. My home owners insurance wouldn't cover the damage from the sump pump failure. One of the owners, Deleir Sesi, even recommended an new insurance company for me. The second time I had water damage, I called SERVPRO again. They sent someone out right away got the mess cleaned up, took out the old dish washer and started getting everything dried out the first day. The drying process took a few days and they sent someone back at least once a day to check on the status. Again, they were very prompt, courteous and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.
