Ceramic Tile Service
We had a 1 year warranty through Lombardo. They were back 5 times to fix the shower floor since the grout kept coming out in chunks!! And it still is since they still haven't fixed it properly. The tiles on our kitchen floor were not even stuck to the thin set. They wobble and all of the grout is cracking. They came to "fix" that too. They said it would only take 1 day and there would not be a mess. They would contain all dust to a small area. We are going one the third day, and since they don't work on the weekend it will actually be 5 days!! Lombardo had to call on their cleaning crew to clean the mess so far. There was dust everywhere!! We are going to call in our own tile person to finish this mess they left. Honestly, I don't want them back in my house!!!
