It should NOT be this hard to spend money! Sent an email, left 4 voice mail messages and NOTHING in return except for a person calling me and saying someone would call me back...this was after the email and 4 phone messages I had left over a period of 3 weeks. I am still waiting for "Jimmy" to call me back. TERRIBLE customer service. They are not professional and even if they were to call me now I would not do business with them.
