+ -1 moreThe opener gave out Saturday Feb 12, Left a message via their website that evening, thinking I'd get a call Monday. Received an email that evening, and after a few replies to each other next day. Had a tech scheduled for Monday, 02/14 Bill arrived when scheduled, and rather than repair the the 18 yr old opener, went with a new unit. Overall, very pleased I chose Motor City Door. They were recommended by a friend who had their garage door repaired. 2 hrs later, had a new high quality opener, runs quieter, now have an external keypad and remote software. No more having to get up in the middle of night to check if the door is closed, I can do it from my cell phone! The price was fair, and the service was beyond what I expected.
