Property Management
1.). End result is the job was dome substandard and the floor was left damaged with several tiles removed- Metropolitan Property Management was more interested in maximizing profit once again earning there low ratings all across social media. 2.) MPM based on black and white pictures of poor quality determined that the crack was "age related", yet every other condo that was built a decade before this unit, plus the other 3 attached units rebuilt after a fire don't have cracked windows due to age. I guess our specific geographical plot ages faster than others in the same department. Out condo must have that disease where the 10 year old has the body chemistry of an 88 year old? 3.) Even though MPM sent a letter to the other 3 condos including the one with the massive water leak that subsequently self corrected we were told this was our fault- brilliant bunch of MPM managers they admit to a problem with the letter then once a owner corrects the water flow problem its the owners property who got damaged fault!! I guess the green streak on the wall, damaged ceiling tiles, green streaks on appliances are as normal- Even a novice realizes 8 gallons plus of 55F or colder water consistently flowing though pipes causes pipes to condensate versus normal flow activity that the system can tolerate will not? Not rocket science unless your tight and your ignorant of basic physics like MPM's management lead by Greg Cueter. 4.) Recommend no flowers the non English speaking landscape crew MPM hires can't seem to comprehend basic requirements of working lawn equipment- Lawn always full of dog crap, branches, leaves, garbage, and son on because you get what MPM pays for like it or not - MPM collects money but most seems to go to over paid incompetent board members. 5.) The MPM management targets people based on hearsay - regardless on any given day you will find 50 or more permanent residents unpermitted parking in visitor parking - MPM will target and harass others even if they have a permit and were given permission to park in unused spots no one complains about. regarding the double parked neighbor who admits guilt don't live next door because Tom Marshall will verbally attack and accuse and then when you prove otherwise will make up stuff and call you a piece of ****. 6.) The lot where members are provided parking of trailers, boats, RV, and more is at the discretion of board member Tom Marshall. Tom won't but me on a waiting list, but put others with the same request on there. Tom Marshall is too lazy to expand the lot to accommodate at least 6 more spots , plus he reserves spots for people who leave the spot vacant for well over a year. Tom will however let one person have 4 spots. There is no audit or record of this (even if there was Tom is dishonest and would manipulate it). Tom is violent and verbally abusive (especially to woman).

Property Management
I live in a condo community that Metropolitan Property Management is contracted to take care of. Ever since I have lived here I have had to repeatedly ask for the most basic issues to be taken care of. They do a horrible job with snow removal. They never use any salt and all sidewalks and roadways are treacherous to walk on. They refuse to comply with the most basic maintenance requests. For years I complained about my broken and dangerous garage floor which sunk down three inches causing a trip hazard. I had to contact the city to make sure it was done correctly, but they ran out of cement and I have a seam where they had to put a black strip across. They also fought me about replacing a dangerous trip hazard on my front sidewalk for two summers. I had to hire an attorney and get the city where I lived involved. It was marked for replacement and the board president of Meadowfield condo's told the cement company to leave it alone out of spite. The city inspector finally told them to replace it or be fined. That was the only way it was ever fixed. Now I still have to deal with an overgrown Locust tree that clogs the gutters, the branches and tree debris fall of all over the building and sidewalk. Yet after numerous complaints to the board members and management company they refuse to clean the gutters more than once a year, which is not sufficient. They remain plugged solid. The tree is overgrown and hangs over my unit. It is never trimmed or maintained at all. I have mice and chipmunks that use this tree as way in my attic. I have sent numerous requests that were all ignored and have to pay out of my own pocket to hire an exterminator, still I have problems with them getting in. They refuse to send anyone out to inspect where they are getting in. They refuse to trim the tree, yet I have camera footage of them taking care of other residents trees. They take money for maintenance dues and do not comply with reasonable requests. They have been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The board members hired them, but they take no responsibility in over seeing that they do their job. They have a horrible reputation and treat some of the residents here, who are mainly seniors like garbage. The board president likes to threaten and dismiss work that requires repair and maintenance before it is even looked at. I have been documenting and photographing all of these occurrences for years. Metropolitan Management Company is not a company you can trust.
