They came in to see the project they suppose to call me back to tell me how much it would be, but no one called me back. When I called them nobody answer the call but I have been charged 223.50USD.

Doors
Lowe's subcontracted the actual door installation. There was a little time between ordering and installing. Once they got them in they installed them.
My daughter ordered the doors with installation. Lowe's then subcontracted the installation. I wanted steel doors not insulated steel. They sent those and they were damaged so they had to send them back and they couldn't get the steel for some reason or another. I accepted fiberglass which is alright. They are insulated so I don't need to cover them with storm doors.
It took a long time and they came in and the doors were damaged so that was not good.

Doors
They stand behind everything they do. After the work was complete, I noticed that the door was installed improperly. They made the contractor come out, pull the incorrectly installed door out, and reinstall it. I have recommended their services to my daughted for an entire house window installation from a Lowe's in Smyrna.

Water Heater Service
The work was contracted out. The contractor gave me instruction, how to use the water heater and what to expect. They also, told me I had to schedule with the city to come for an inspection of the installation. They were great. They were very professional and I will definitely, use they again and recommend them.

Doors
MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOWE'S WAS PRETTY GOOD OVERALL. THEY DIDN'T COME THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE EXPLAINING THE SITUATION AND WHEN THEY WOULD COME AGAIN. THEIR PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED.
