It went awesome Dennis and his staff were very professional and very nice to deal with. They were always available 24/7 during the day night and on weekends, if you left a message they would get back to you immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This is our second home for which Dennis has provided his services for us. Dennis is as honest as a heart attack, and will do everything in his power to ensure you're getting the best rate, and save you cash. If Dennis has everything he needs to work his magic, he will have everything completed and ready for closing in an extremely timely manner. If you think you have a better rate and closing cost estimates elsewhere, bring that information to Dennis as he will do what he can to beat or match those numbers. The first house we looked at and wanted to put an offer on was back in the Spring 2016. Dennis made himself available immediately on a Friday evening and worked with us through 11p to get all the information required to submit an offer. Unfortunately, it didn't work out with the first house as a full cash offer came through. I kept Dennis' info on file and when we found another house we loved, we contacted him immediately due to his second-to-none customer service and availability. I really appreciated his communication and availability throughout along with his explanation of each step of the home buying process. Great! Dennis is awesome. Everything was done timely and efficiently. Dennis worked day and night even on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was done and I was able to get the home of my dreams.
