The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. They explained everything as it happened and were very helpful with picking out glasses I could afford. I would highly recommend this office.

They are a large conglomerate and they have lot of offices all over Detroit area. The doctor has a very good bedside manner. I appreciate him talking and explaining things that is going to happen during the eye operation. I called up, got an appointment and went in. They scheduled the operation and I had the operation. I went back for the follow up couple of weeks ago. The availability has been at their convenience. It's never been an issue to me as to when they were available. I get billed for stuff. They bill my insurance and they say this is the balance. They send me a statement and I pay it.

Dr. was late. I had to wait an hour. I was told my Dr was running late. I went to this location because of the high rating. It was not very close to my house. The Dr was very rushed. This was my Daughter's first time getting an eye exam and the bedside manner was lacking. The DR couldn't sense my Daughter may be scared. I felt the entire appt was way too rushed...likely because she was trying to make up time in her day. I won't be back. The office staff were nice and offered a coupon for future use.

Exam and picking out glasses was no problem. They are a bit pricey. Service is good. Glasses were ready in a few days. Wore them a few days, one eye did not seem quite right so I went back. They did another exam, doc said they could not get me to 20/20 in one eye. Will probably get another opinion somewhere else.

They typically have evening appointments available or you can walk in and have services performed if they have physician's available. Their office is up to date and we didn't really have to wait or anything. The people I dealt with were excellent, the manager was not the same. I went there with my son to get his glasses and they said I don't have insurance, I told them we did and my husband had just picked up his glasses last Saturday. Come to find out that there was a problem with their system not communicating with the insurance system and they wanted me to pay cash which I wasn't going to do. They said they would see us that day but we couldn't purchase our glasses today. We did that, my husband called and got the manager at the insurance company, they walked through everything and said the issue was with the eye glasses company and corrected everything right then and there. My son selected his glasses and we were able to take care of everything right then and there . The manager we dealt with at Optimeyes made it seem like it was our fault. THe issue was with the manager, you would have thought he'd have an extremely cordial personality sine they are probably used to these kind of issues but he didn't budge.

If you have an urgent problem, they have both optometrists and ophthalmologists there. It is easy to get an appointment there and they have extended hours; they are open until 9:00 most nights and they are open weekends. They have a full eye care service and there is an extensive selection of frames. The people are knowledgeable. It is a quick turnaround to have the lenses done there and they can take care of issues like broken nose pieces.

Very nice office - all staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. was friendly, personable, and responsive to questions and offering suggestions. Turnaround time for new contacts was very reasonable, and they had in-house first samples to get me started even with a fairly severe prescription. I will definitely go back for the next time I need contacts.
