They realized the cabinets weren't level and dealt with the issue. Not a canned response of "not our problem". The guys did speak their own language, but so what as long since they did a beautiful job! Spoke English when we needed to communicate. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. We would hire them again. The granite is stunning. We are so glad that we looked for many many months only to buy with them!
