Description of Work: They were difficult to communicate with, difficult to get in touch with, and did not honor the quote they gave me (they didn't write what the quote included, but rather gave me a piece of paper with just a price, and then didn't honor their word in regards to what was included). They also never came back to finish the job and install the backsplash. The granite looks good for the most part, but is scratched in a few areas. My original quote was better than all the other companies I tried, but this is a gimmick to get you in the door, because after all was said and done, they were just as expensive as anyone, AND I had to pay someone else for a tile backsplash since Galaxy never came back to do it.

+ 0 moreThey realized the cabinets weren't level and dealt with the issue. Not a canned response of "not our problem". The guys did speak their own language, but so what as long since they did a beautiful job! Spoke English when we needed to communicate. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. We would hire them again. The granite is stunning. We are so glad that we looked for many many months only to buy with them!
