Highly unprofessional company. I paid in full at time of service for everything done for my roof (inspection, sealant, shingle replacement). Later, the company contacted me asking for an additional 10% for "taxes" which were not included even though I paid in full at time of service and they keep contacting me. They were also highly overpriced in comparison to national average. I would not at all recommend!

Definitely learned a lesson in homeownership in my experiences with John and his crew. A very casual overlook and estimate which in the end, not all things discussed in quote were actually completed. In no world will I be convinced that the 3600 dollars that I paid was worth 1 bundle of shingles replaced and a couple of tubes of sealant spread across different areas of the roof. Especially because I still have a leaking issue. Not to disparage John because he seems like a nice guy but I fully regret having them service my home.
