 + -1 moreThe person on the phone tried to back out of the warranty, tried to suggest a fee for a service call, and tried to postpone a visit for several days. After following up via the company's website, I was called back for a same day call at no charge. The two technicians that arrived said they only work inside. They told me that the B Dry system was fine. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told to get a French Drain outside from a landscape company and to remove some large boulders. Later my local handyman took a quick look, changed the slope of my gutter in 5 minutes and extended the gutter out further. This proved to be the fix. In my opinion, the B Dry warranty is not upheld by the company to the same standards as their web site states. Also, I found the BDry technicians to be not as knowledgeable as I would have thought they would be.
Description of Work: Water was seeping in my B Dry'd basement wall. I called BDry of SE MI for warranty service.

 + -1 moreThe basement never leaked, however there was a musty odor. Did not hook channel to the PVC pipe to the outside which possibly caused the odor problem.
Description of Work: Took part of concrete floor and took it down to footing, drilling holes in it so the basement didn’t flood.
