Description of Work: Barbara and her crew cleaned my house after we moved out. She responded promptly to my call and was able to get a crew there in just a few days. They did a really good job on a very dirty house; they cleaned every surface, including windows and kitchen appliances. The amount of time they spent working was longer than she had anticipated which meant the final cost was also more, but not outrageous, I thought.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I can not speak to the quality of B&R's work because they never actually showed up for the scheduled quote. We went back and forth via e-mail in a timely manner to set up the quote appointment, however, on the day that she was suppose to come to my house. She called me literally 2 minutes before the appointment and left a voicemail message that she would not be coming to quote my house, as she had recently just re-evaluated her services and realized she would not be taking on new clients. Although I appreciated her honesty, I felt the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. She never even followed up after the fact to see if I had got her voice mail, found a cleaning service, or if she could be of service. I personally would not recommend based on my experience alone.

Description of Work: They did a great job. They stayed until the job was done, which was longer than they thought. I was very impressed they didn't cut corners and made sure everything looked good. This was a whole house (1500 square foot ranch), move out cleaning, for the home to be sold. They cleaned everything...including baseboards, spot cleaned walls, stairs to the basement, bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator (frig - was a very tough job and they got it looking like new). I would highly recommend this team of professionals!

Description of Work: Very, very satisfied. Barb, the owner, came out and we discussed what I needed done. Then she sent me the perfect person. She is very thorough with everything. She is a detail person. She is very competent, very nice and I would recommend her.

Description of Work: I have hired B & R Cleaning Services to perform house cleaning every week. I found the way the owner of this company Barb, is absolutely fantastic on how she first comes to your home, presents you with a folder and in it describes what her company does. The question should be, what her company doesn’t do? Barb goes through every room in your home with you asking how I want it cleaned, once we completed going through the entire house, Barb comes up with a price based on what you want done. Then after Barb talks to you for awhile, (I personally feel she was interviewing you so she could try and place the perfect match for you). I hired B & R Cleaning Service on the spot. I have terminal cancer and really can’t do things. Barb new instantly who she was going to send. They do use all their own supplies, bring their own vacuum, etc and I told Barb I could not have that due to germs, I don’t know where that vacuum was, etc and she totally understood, so my lady uses all my cleaning supplies, including rags. Barb comes with the lady she choose for you the 1st time so she can introduce us, then the 3 of us go through how I want my home cleaned, (Barb has this all typed up, step by step) and then the 3 of us walk through the house in case there are any questions, and I showed the lady where all my cleaning supplies are. Barb, I truly don’t know how she does it, but she honestly could not have chosen a better match for me if she tried. So I give B & R Cleaning Services (Barb) an A+ and my cleaning lady Wiesia also an A+, she is excellent. I HIGHLY recommend this cleaning company.
