All Around Pools

We were new home owners and first time built in pool owners. THe owner of this company serviced our pool and in starting it up told us this pin leak in our sand filter needed to be replaced, told us it is splitting because previous owner put too big of pump for the filter system, and that it could burst while away and ruin our whole set up. Also told us there was no room in our pool house for the proper size. Options were to get a smaller pump and new sand filter system that matched $$$$$, or convert to a cartridge system, told us we would have to clean THE cartidge once or twice a year, and buy a new one for $100. every year, also talked us out of our salt system. in place of chlorine system with $$$ chlorinator, said it was better for first time pool owners. Gave us no instruction on new set up. worked it out on theyre convenience, turns out we need 4 cartridges at $90 per carthridge, much more maintenance, instead of flushin sand filter away from pool house, water spills all in the pool house while removing cartridges, and generally gave us a lot of costly misinformation, plus he kept our brand new salt regulator head device?(I dont know what you call it but it was $150. and brand new) In conversation with the another pool company who helped us out alot without bleeding us, they informed us of the $$$ misinformation, turns out they were the service that previos owners used. Took us awhile before we figured it all out ,so never contacted these guys back, there were so many issues, that all fell on us, that we knew it was no accident that they kept all my parts, or asked us if we wanted them back! Dont think this company is fair to consumers, feel they really ran our bill up, and took advantage of our ignorance. Then on top of all that I could not be home on the day they did te work so couldnt get good information for the products I was recieving

We've only used one pool company and we are really satisfied with them. We've used them for 8 years. They actually built our pool. They are reliable and do a good job.

I am really happy with them. They charged $50 each time they came out, which I thought was a fair price.
