Absolutely would hire Neil & son again! This is an experienced company with integrity & pride in their work. Neil was always on time & if delayed he always texted. You're not left wondering what's going on with your project because they communicate with you. And each time the site is cleaned up before they leave the job site. I had some different ideas & dreams for my main bathroom remodel . He patiently worked with me to create what I wanted. It turned out fabulous !! He is an experienced craftsman & can do woodworking if needed too. My only suggestion is get accurate measurements & your products up front then everything will go timely . My prpject took longer because I work full time & didn't items here to job site & with special ordering it took longer. But alot of that was on me insisting on a special flooring that warehouse had to wait for. Neil was cooperative to wait & finish when available. So I am grateful I chose this company.

Able construction (sterling heights) did a fantastic job, they built a room next to our half bath and added a jetted tub with shower and upstairs in the full bath they gutted the room and removed the bathtub and added a walk in shower, we are very happy with the results, the rooms look great and the price was right, I would recommend Able construction.

He does not know how to cut 45 degrees, takes forever, and does not want you to call the city when he finishes.

"This review was sent out of spite. They were informed multiple times that increasing the size of their deck would add $20 per square ft. It was enlarged 100 sq. ft. at a cost of $2000. They refused to pay the added cost. This is what caused their issue. I have built 13 houses and have 100's of approved inspections. I have many pictures of their deck. My work speaks for itself. 35+ years of experience. First and only bad review."
