DIY project. Easy fix. Very nice guy at counter. Very helpful. Only issue is the price, paid 3x more than normal. $40 part cost $132. That’s all I need to never go back. Don’t like crooks.

They are kind of crafty. They knew what they were doing. They gave me a standard water heater and I'm no sure that's what I would have wanted. I would have appreciated their advice. They could have made more money but they didn't.

They determined the problem (thermocouple and pilot tube, and clearing the water), and fixed it.  The factory pilot tube did not fit, but they fashioned a robust alternative, having a full inventory of parts in their service truck.

He did the work in about 20 minutes and had the replacement part with him. However, he was not familiar with the water heater vendors serial number and thought that the water heater was produced in 2006 even though we told him that the house was only two years old. He charged me for the replacement part that should have been covered under warranty. I contacted the manager and they verified that the technician was new and the part was under warranty. They sent me a check to reimburse the cost of the part. I am satisfied with the work and the dispute result.

Well. Heater has been working, but had a problem about 1 week after repairs. Gas accumulating and igniting with a hard and quot;Boomand quot;. Contacted company again, but have not heard from them yet. Fortunately heater is working OK at this time.

Technician had the replacement part on his truck and the job was done in about 30 minutes.

Pool water heater was not working. We had an error code of E04. The company came out the first time and replaced the pressure switch. The heater stopped working within 2 weeks. They had to come back out and replace the fan. I wasn't please with the idea of spending $218.00 on the pressure switch, and then being asked to spend another $600 to replace the fan. I called and spoke to the owner of the company who was more than fair. He completely refunded the $218.00 and applied that to the fan install, and because it required 2 visits, also did not charge labor. I would absolutely use this company again!!

They were very professional and very courteous. They were honest. They do not replace something that does not need replacing. They did a good job.

Very professional, called 20-30 minutes before arriving at our request, and finished the repair in 15 minutes. He said this was a common problem and tends to happen every 3 or 4 years.
