They don't answer calls.

I have NOT been able to get them to honor their commitment. I reached back out to them on August 18th, 2025, to inform them that the poison ivy was growing back. I never heard from them for the next 2 weeks. They continued to ignore my text messages and phone calls. I finally talked to Jesse M, I assume the owner of the business, last week, and he apologized for not returning my calls or responding to my texts. He always had an excuse for why he never responded to any of my calls/texts. We agreed that he would come out yesterday, September 23, at 11:00 am to complete the removal of any poison ivy that had grown back. He never showed or called. I called him yesterday afternoon to see why he never showed or responded. I left him a voicemail to call me back. I did not hear anything, so I texted him, and after a while, he responded with more excuses. At that point, I had had enough of trying to deal with Jesse M. I now have to hire another contractor, which I did yesterday. I have used Angi in the past and have not experienced the frustration that I have with this company. I paid Jesse M a $500.00 check on July 7th, 2025, which he cashed the same day. I thought it was a little strange that he asked me to write the check to him personally and not to his business, Swift Cuts. At this point, I do NOT want him to come back. He was threatening in his last text, accusing me of threatening him by posting his business address. I told him it was not meant to be a threat. I don't trust this company, and in addition, I read that if a company has a rating of 3.5 or less, they would be removed from Angie's recommendation for service requested. Come to find out their rating now is 3.4. I should have looked, but I have always trusted Angi to provide me with reputable contractors.

Started cleaning up the brush and debris by hand. Jesse asked for payment before he finished the job. I trusted him. So, I paid him in full. $1,700. With lots more work to do, he stopped coming to the job site. He ignored some of my texts and phone calls. When he responded, he said he had insurance issues . The work remains unfinished. I have no idea when he will return.

Hired them to remove poison Ivy in our yard. They came out and performed the removal and stated that if any of the poison ivy returned, they would come back free of charge to remove again. I contacted them and they responded saying the would look at their schedule and let me know. That was on August 18th and have not responded to any of my texts. They did not honor their promise to return.

I would give him 6 stars if I could. Very professional, worked hard. Highly recommend.

The company reached out as was available immediately which was great. When they told me they had done the job of clearing the wood piles and power washing the deck, I paid them around 65% of the cost, and then went to look at the job. I found less than ½ the wood cut, several areas that did not get touched, or cleaned up and they didn't finish the power washing job. When I called they talked with me and were going to come look at the job, they never did and after calling back twice, they never followed up. Glad I didn't pay the whole amount. Biggest problem was they damaged part of the deal with the power washer. I would NOT recommend this business!

Good fast reliable very good price

I run a daycare so yard maintenance is very important for me. Not only have they stayed on top of making sure to come mow when I’m due, they also are kind enough to move any toys I haven’t gotten to yet. They have helped tremendously with clean up such as brush & making sure not to run over any stray wrappers as well. Very professional.
