Dan came over to give me an estimate and I was impressed by the way he checked out the house and the different heating and cooling options he presented to me. He explained the pros & cons of each clearly. His bid seemed a bit higher than the other estimate I received, but his was complete (e.g., it included wiring up the AC unit & putting in the required chimney liner). Also, he offered a longer and more complete warranty on the work. He gave me a realistic estimate of when they could start the work, and then they actually were able to begin one week earlier than that, which was perfect for me. His technicians were super, very courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me figure out the best place for the AC unit, and did a super-neat job getting the wiring and the exhaust through the basement as unobtrusively as possible.
