"Our goal is to help people meet their real estate or property management needs. We have property listed for sale and for long-term houses for rent. We provide you with full service for marketing and selling your home, locating and buying a new home, or managing the long-term rental of your home."

Services we offer
We are a very ‘full service’ company. Once you have hired us by signing our property management agreement; -We locate the prospective tenants. -We vet them with credit checks, background checks and employment verification. We speak to their previous or current landlords. -We sign the leases (which are between our Corp. and the tenants). -Collect the rents, security deposits, non-refundable cleaning fees. -take care of any maintenance or repair calls from the tenants by hiring people to do the work for you. We also pay them out of your rent proceeds. -we send you a monthly statement by email or mail. -Deposit your proceeds into your account by the 15th monthly as rents are collected. -Each January we send you a 1099 form for rent income and an owner’s expense statement for the year. -We take care of municipal rental permit inspections and applications.
