William Kropp

I had called several roofer companies, many would not even return a call. I asked a friend for a referral, and he immediately referred William Kropp. Bill answered my initial phone message the same day, arranged for an estimate the following week. After I explained that I was in the Handyman Business and knew what needed to be done; he explained in detail and then in writing what I could expect him to do for me. Since our cabin is located in the National Forest, I needed to submit my scope of work in detail to the Forestry and await approval, He said he was fine with that and would be able to schedule work after I received approval.
I liked that Bill said that his company was "booking" work quickly and he would need an answer soon or he would not be able to get to the job til late Summer. (It is nice when companies give you needed information, and are dependable.)
I received approval (from Forestry, 2 weeks later) immediately contacted Mr Kropp, and he said with his receipt of 1/2 down, he could order supplies and start work within the next week.
I sent Bill the check, he started the job that same week (as promised) a dumpster was delivered, work started and was as professionally completed and cleaned-up.
I can't say enough about Bill Kropp or his crew; I offered him access to the house, in our absence, but to my knowledge never used the facilities. Please note that the cabin is 7 miles from any store/lunch.
To summarize: Please feel comfortable contacting William Kropp, he will do "the job" right the first time. You will know where you stand, with this man. He will be referred, by me whenever I can.
Oh, p.s. he even took the time to place a bird feeder in a safe place, since the feeder was attached to our gutters.

Update: 06/22/2014 I just received a thank you note from W. Kropp, that is pretty rare!
