MR. REES WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. HE INSTALLED THE LOCKS IN A TIMELY FASHION. HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME LOCKS THAT WERE MORE THAN I NEEDED. HE INSTALLED LOCKS THAT HAVE BEEN VERY ADEQUATE FOR THE JOB AND DID NOT COST ME MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT
KINDS OF LOCKS AND HOW EACH WAS PRICED, THEN HE RECOMMENDED THE MID RANGE LOCKS THAT WOULD DO THE JOB JUST FINE. HE LET ME CHOOSE WHAT I WANTED. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH FROM HIM. HE WAS VERY CONSIDERATE OF MY NEEDS AND WAS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO HAVE WORKING FOR ME. HE WAS ON TIME, DID THE JOB WELL, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME A FORTUNE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCKSMITH TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND NEIGHBORS.
