Called Great Lakes Exterminator's on Wednesday afternoon and they were here 9:30AM the next morning. They were extremely familiar and knowledgeable about the type of problem we had with wasp in the soffits and they immediately went to the attic, found the nest, forwarded us pictures of 2 nests, made recommendations to eliminate, we approved, job done 2 hours later. Problem resolved with 100% satisfaction. Currently scheduling them for a preventive program in the spring and have another neighbor that is going to use for prevention as well.

Randy was very nice and explained what he was doing and why. I really appreciated that. He even said that if something was to happen to the vent cover he would come and fix it for free. He was able to remove the birds nest from our vent from both inside and outside cleaned up any mess he made and was very nice. Over all was a great experience using this company!
