After first taking my car to a different shop where they couldn't figure out the problem, Roy O'Brien Ford quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed it, and while it was toward the high end of the range for the repair as listed on repairpal.com, it was still within the range so I wouldn't say I was overcharged. Overall very pleased with their work.

I had to lease a car and this was the first oil change. They give the first oil change for free. Everything was good. I did have to lease the car from them, but I did have a problem with my older car where when I was getting service on my old car, they deliberately made me wait longer than other people. Ordinarily I wouldn't have gone back but I did because they had the car I wanted. When I did go back, everything was excellent and has been since!

He was very nice. When I took it to the collision, I had another issue which they haven't resolved yet. It was a matter of straightening out the quarter panel which nowadays is made out of plastic and changing a bracket. He did it very, very quickly and no problem. It was very well done. He was very courteous and I certainly like to deal with him. I couldn't even see where the collision area was. They are so oversubscribed after the last snowstorm that it took me a couple of weeks to get an appointment. The responsiveness once I could get in their schedule was fine, but it took a while to get in. They know what they are doing, they did it quickly, there was no problem, and it was a reasonable price. With collision, expect all kinds of overpricing but they did it for very little money. The workers were great.

My main reason for staying with this company is the salespeople; I like dealing with the same salesperson all the time. They are just very accommodating. I like dealing with the same people, you don't have to keep covering the same ground all the time. They pretty much know what I want in a car. They are pretty responsive. It is a lease so I would always take it back to the dealer.

I just picked up my car last Friday for a new lease. I have been leasing cars with them for years. I have leased for the last three cars so it has been 8 years anyway because my lease is for three years. The last lease I had would have been up in October so this car I picked up was a new lease. I don't know the price. It is all built into the lease and I really don't know. I have been very satisfied with them. The salesmen are all very personable. Any time I've called if I needed something or had questions they have always been more than happy to answer, more than happy to accommodate. I take the car there for all the oil changes, for anything that is necessary as needed that comes up on the car and they are very accommodating. This is my fourth car.

We had a leak again during the next rain storm. Roy o Brien had the vehicle for the next visit for approx 3 days. I had to call them daily for status updates. They admitted that they call Ford technical support for advice but that they did not follow any of the steps. Gave us the car back and told us to bring it back if it leaked again. I called Ford customer service and was put in touch with a regional service manager. They sent us to Dorien Ford. They had the vehicle approx a week but they ultimately found the leak coming in through the front window.

We have two cars that we have had serviced around the same time. One needed an oil change and then the other one got into an accident. We did not use them for the accident but I think that I used them for my oil change. It went fantastically fine. They took me in on time and everything was done quickly which was very nice. It was a wonderful experience. I had a small problem when I went to leave with my car indicator for my oil when it was still not accurate and they actually showed me how to fix that myself so that I do not have to go to the dealership next time and that was really nice of them. The car is also still under the warranty so I get all the services under my warranty. I was there for a very limited reason but the quality of their work was very nice.
