While preparing for a new day at work, Red Baron Enterprise professionals provide a wide-range of various handyman tasks using specialized tools and skills. We are fully licensed and insured and our qualified staff includes licensed professionals in the fields of plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, roofing, painting and general home repairs. Our staff arrives professionally uniformed in a labeled vehicle and ready to work. The quality of the work was great. Friendly workers. The problems I had were that they wanted $2500 deposit for what ended up a $800 job. After that was straightened out and they replaced the wood. I got a bill for more time than they were here. A total of one hour extra. Two men. They also did not apply my deposit to the total bill hoping that I would overlook it. If you hire them. I suggest you request them to sign in and out on a ledger and take photos of it. My impression was that these are not mistakes and they are trying to over inflate the bill. Who needs that!

We ordered a new faucet and sink for an existing space in our kitchen, and hired Red Baron to install. Unfortunately, the sink had some special features that made it not fit into the counter top. The plumbing crew had to cut the counter top to allow sink installation. Then the clamps supplied to hold the sink to the counter top did not fit our counter top thickness. The crew had to find and purchase different clamps to complete the job. Throughout this day-long ordeal, the crew was professional, competent, and pleasant. Installation and clean up were great. Price certainly reasonable for the job done.

They came immediately when no one else was available, gave us an estimate, had people there the next day and they hauled away a dump-truck full of 'stuff' (books, papers, bookcases, boxes of this and that). Rather expensive, but worth it in an emergency.

This review is for the work performed at my mom's (Beverly) house on March 8 and 11, 2021. The 60+ year old cast cement sink and p-trap were not draining properly. Jason, Jon O and Jessica were very prompt , courteous and professional. My mom used Red Baron Enterprises for a plumbing issue once before in September (?) 2020 based on a recommendation from a friend. Red Baron Enterprises is my mom's go-to company for plumbing repairs. She is extremely satisfied with Jon O. and Jessica's workmanship and their courteous professionalism. An all around excellent experience. Our family HIGHLY recommends Red Baron Enterprises, LLC She would like the $25 credit applied to her account.

Cleaned out all the dry rot and rebuilt the joists affected. Strenuous, tedious work done on 5 very hot summer days! Incredibly hard workers who explained each step along the way. Hardi board had to be removed, new wood and installation installed and new hardi board replaced. The yard and deck were cleaned up everyday when workers left. I can't say enough good things about this company and Steve and Bob who work for them. Would recommend them to my best friend and to you! Office staff is very helpful and courteous!

It went perfectly. The plumber was able to come at an earlier date than originally anticipated, which was a help. He did the job to our satisfaction, explained what happened and charged a reasonable price. This was not my first time using Red Baron Enterprises and it will not be my last. The folks answering the phone are polite and helpful, every service call was conducted by professional and friendly people and they know what they are doing. And they don't take all day to do it. I strongly recommend Red Baron Enterprises!

Erica did an excellent job of fixing gap between front paver step and porch. Filled in gap in exterior wall that had allowed yellow jackets to gain entry and make a nest (Note: exterminator killed yellow jackets before I called in Red Baron) Willingly added additional tuckpointing areas as I discovered additional gaps that could become yellow jacket homes. Erica, John, and the office staff were patient and supportive.

As always, they were great. I have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed with their work. They are always professional, efficient and friendly. I received a competitive estimate for the work that was needed. The painting and repair was done in the timeframe promised. The finished job was a dramatic improvement, giving the house a new and crisp look. I would definitely would hire Red Baron Enterprises for future projects.

They were great! Didn't know who to call so went to Gilberts hardware they recommend trustworthy fix it guys. They gave me a list of handymen and pointed out the ones who could do the job. I called every name on the list. Red Baron was the only one who answered the phone.(No one else has called me back yet and it is two weeks. I feel I had a minor emergency too. My grandson went right thru the cement step. It just crumbled under him. Thank God he wasn't injured. I am slightly handicapped and using the steps is a challenge any way and the back steps are steep and no rail. Red Baron came out and gave me an estimate the same day and scheduled the work for that afternoon. Unfortunately it was pouring down rain at that time but they showed up right on time and told me the mortar wouldn't set in the rain but they would come back the next morning. The job was finished in no time and was excellent. Those new steps are as solid as a rock. The crew was polite and explained stuff.. Not only were they friendy they were experienced. The foreman said he was the foreman of the crew who built the walls along I 94. I am very satisfied and will definitely use RED BARON again.

Came and checked it out, came up with a solution and fixed it. Showed us pictures of the issue before and after. Both John W and Justin were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They explained everything in layman's terms so it was easy for us to make decisions.

Red Baron Enterprises was able to provide an experienced plumber to remove and install a hot water 1 day after I called them. They pulled a permit the same day the work was being done and arranged for the City inspection. The plumber was on time and took about one hour to remove and install the hot water heater. The City Inspector came a few days later and passed the inspection and said the work was “expertly done”. I have used Red Baron Enterprises several times and consider them my “handymen”. I highly recommend Red Baron Enterprises.

Half of the gutters (one side only) on my garage were not draining. I called and asked them could they fix they said yes. I took all of the water out of the gutters so when he came they were dry. He put some gutter hangers on (he said you would not be able to see them but the one's facing the street you can-they shine in the sun). He was on the garage roof a long time spraying water. When he gave me the bill it states a 4% fee would be added for any credit card used. I was not told this when I made an appointment. So I paid a couple of hundred dollars in cash and it rained a couple of days later and nothing has changed. One side of the gutters are completely filled with water and since I paid cash I can not even have my credit card company intervene until they fix it. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed as he was spraying water a long time when he was on the garage roof and he must have seen that they did not empty. Red Baron responded that I was ok with sitting water in my gutters and that the worker told me while he was on the roof it was not draining. All lies. The worker never told me that the gutters were not draining. I am not planning on getting new gutters. If I was planning on getting new gutters why would I have someone fixing the ones I had. He did absolutely nothing except make the problem worse. The worker was not familiar with what he was doing and customers need to be aware of this.

"Hello Mrs. [Member Name Removed], After consulting with my technician who was on site, he did the best he could to re-pitch the gutter in the front so the water would drain. He sprayed water to test the pitch and there was standing water. He advised you at the time that you need an extra downspout on the section of the garage that he was working on so that the gutter can drain properly. You informed him that you are not worried about it at this time because you were going to put up new gutters on the garage anyways. If there is ever a problem with our work, we advise our customers to call us and report the problem. We strive for customer satisfaction and my technician tried to make sure you were satisfied with the work when he came out. We have a 4% convenience fee to for credit cards because we forward the fee to our customers. It is all written in the contract that you have signed. It is a option given to customer if they chose to pay with a credit card. Please call us at 313-408-1166 if you wish to further discuss."

Longer than anticipated. Broke ceiling fan and table. Replaced fan. Couldn't fix table as it was almost an antique with no replacements available (family heirloom--3rd generation).
