Garbage Collection
WM now charges a fuel fee no exceptions. To date a week later no one has taken the time to respond to my emails. I called and talked to a supervisor whom said she would call my back with answers. No one has returned my calls. The ONLY good thing the person the collects the trash is very dependable. No one at the corporate Offices and no one in customer service has fulfilled their promise to communicate or return my calls or emails. I feel the rudest thing a business can do Is to willfully disregard my requests. Time to shop for a new provider.
